i just got the news he's 93 years old. yeah i know thats a long time. now i didn't get all the details but they took him into the doctors and he could be having something wrong with him. i don't know entirely what the details are yet. but I'm praying they he gets better. and if he dosent and its his time to go thats not in pain or suffering thats its peacefully. I've known him my entire live. i met his mom to when i was 5(yeah i met my great great grandma back in 1997 i believe she was born in the 1890s) but back to the point. idk whats going on entirely like i mentioned but i will let you guys know what happens.

About the Indie smash
so for those who interested in this project. read this. going forward ive realized ive lost much interest in this project but no drawing the characters no. but more or less making rounds. so while i was planning having 3 more rounds left. i have elected to do one more round. this round will consist of a lot of important characters left for some of the already represented series. with some new series thrown in. so this will be a bit bigger then previous rounds. but going forward after round 8 any and all characters will not be added in based on rounds but based on well if i wanna do them at the moment. new rep or from an already represented series. i may even do requested ones to. of course this does not mean im gonna add EVERYONE cus that be insane. but going forward after round 8. expect any further planned series to just be getting character randomly. also side note the stages are being canned as i lost interest in making the stage designs after round 6. so apologies to those who
Lack of posting
apologies for the slow posting or lack of it. i am currently working on a monster collection game. and ive been busy designing all the different creatures for it. there will be anywhere from 120 to 160 of them. currently i have 94 done. so theres gonna be a bit of time before i reveal anything. as i still need a name for the game and the protags designs. I want the designs to be interesting, likeable and ones i think will click with people. so some will be going through redesigns. i wont reveal anything until im happy with the starters and the protags designs. or a proper name for the game. though i may give a sneak peak of one creature.
Lack of posting for a bit
while my last post was only 2 weeks ago or somewhere around that time. I need to be clear that it might be longer. as of right now a lot of attention is going into a monster collection game im making. well for now im working on concept art for the moment so most time devoted to art is going to the designs. which most will be updated or changed. but for those who are wondering where Round 7's Stages are or when the round 8 of the indie smash project will be. I have some bad and good news. Good news is the character art work will continue going to more rounds in the future. bad news is stages are done. i realized i was loosing less and less interest in making the stages for each round. it was clear by each round loosing more quality in the stage designs. even more obvious how bad round 6's stages looked. so yeah i think round 6 was the last round for stages. going forward i wont be doing anymore. unless i get the motivation to do so.
Bout the indie brawl
Round 10 will be the final round. there will be two bonus rounds each having 10 characters. 1 bonus round containing nothing but new series and one containing nothing but new characters for vet series. but with all the new Indie games that got revealed during Game Awards and during the holidays. i will make three new rules to this indie project Rule 1: Any new game for a series already represented if there is a character i can add i will add them if they are important enough. Rule 2: if a new indie game comes out and its important enough they will be added. Rule 3: After All Rounds are Done All future additions will be done as their own releases, no more rounds. I realized this with Deltarune Chapter 3 coming out eventually and series like FNAF,Garten of Ban Ban,Poppy Playtime,Bendy,Rivals Aether and Outlast which are still active with new games. and other series like Imscared and Amanda the Adventurer who have second games Teased with possibly new characters. also, he is really old and probably what he has is due to his age. I told you, if this is his time I bet he won't suffer. But we don't know! maybe he recovers. Let time pass, and let God decide. He knows what's best.
